The Preparedness & Response Subcommittee will build upon the prior work of the Homeland Security & Emergency Response Subcommittee in advocating for funding for state maritime homeland security efforts and identifying and developing tactical training and team typing.
Partners on the Water is much more than a program or video, it is one of the governing principles of the NASBLA Homeland Security and Emergency Response Subcommittee. At the core of this philosophy is multi-agency cooperation, coordination and teambuilding and it drives the committee through all of their work.
