The Engineering, Reporting & Analysis Committee will work to advance boating safety by examining and making recommendations on the criteria and methods used to collect and measure boating accident and fatality data; assessing boat-specific, operator and external risk factors using those and other available, related data; and identifying equipment design and boating safety program efforts that can mitigate the risks associated with recreational boating.
