U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson of Florida receives NASBLA's Legislative Award from NASBLA Executive Director John Johnson and NASBLA President Richard Moore. Nelson was presented the award for his support for recreational boating and his leadership in passing the Clean Boating Act of 2008.
